REFUND POLICY:
DigitalDC is a marketing services company ‘that provides irrevocable services. we are unable to provide refunds once a service has been purchased. The client agrees upon the same at the time of contract and purchase of services. DigitalDC makes customer delight its mainstream priority. Clients can either postpone the services within the same financial year as per their convenience for the services purchased.
All recurring cancellations must be notified before 10 days of the next bill cycle failing and working hours will be billed accordingly. You can notify any grievances or concerns regarding terms and conditions, you are requested to write to ads@digitaldc.in
